In 1916 the scrollowork foot, which may have been added in Italy in the late 18th-century, was removed to see if the figure was marked and then reattached. In 1951 the Antique Porcelain Company exhibited an enamelled example of this figure with her male companion. Both were of soft-paste (Vinovo is hard) and were enamelled in a style consistent with the attribution to Mennecy.","productionType":{"text":"","id":""},"contentDescription":"","contentPlaces":[],"associatedPlaces":[],"contentPerson":[],"associatedPerson":[],"contentOrganisations":[],"associatedOrganisations":[],"contentPeople":[],"associatedPeople":[],"contentEvents":[],"associatedEvents":[],"contentOthers":[],"contentConcepts":[],"contentLiteraryRefs":[],"galleryLabels":[],"partNumbers":["C.315-1916"],"accessionNumberNum":"315","accessionNumberPrefix":"C","accessionYear":1916,"otherNumbers":[],"copyNumber":"","aspects":["WHOLE"],"assets":[],"recordModificationDate":"2025-04-12","recordCreationDate":"2004-06-07","availableToBook":false}}
