Ground: plain or tabby weave ground in undyed linen. Warp: S-twist, 30-1 per cm. Weft: S-twist, 30-1 per cm. Bands: two tapestry-woven bands , one with inscriptions, one in mirror image of the other and decorative area in between. Slit and dovetailed tapestry over single and paired warps. Weft of undyed linen for the letters and other details and of silk with no noticeable twist in the dark and light blue, red faded, yellow faded abd black faded.
