Cloak of green yellow velvet, full length with long train.  Around the hem is a wide open gold thread lace band, set with coloured stones.  The cloak is appliqued with sequin flower heads set on a stem with two leaves to the base.  Around the neck is a 'collar' of green yellow velvet, covered with white net set with sequin decoration.
