Victoria Alexandrina Jocelyn, although not recorded in ‘Burke’s Peerage’, is thought to have been the eldest child of Robert Jocelyn, styled Viscount Jocelyn, and his wife Frances Elizabeth, youngest daughter of the 5th Earl of Cowper whom he married on 27 April 1841.  Lady Jocelyn was a Lady of the Bedchamber from 1841-1867 & chosen by Queen Victoria as one of her train bearers at her Coronation.
