With an orthodox 13th century composition in mind, his designs show the church made up of two west end towers, three portals, and a crossing spire with a free use of sculptural ornamentation throughout.  After preliminary drawings though, he never completed or submitted his designs. Therefore his plans for the cathedral were not carried out in the built form.","physicalDescription":"Pen, pencil, watercolour, and chalk drawing on paper of the elevation of an altar in Truro Cathedral. The detailed depiction is painted in rose, green and blue.
