The coins and medals on the beaker are all German and all date from the seventeenth century with the possible exception of the Jewish medal and that of the Lageman (second row). The latter is obviously a replacement and it is probable that the Jewish medal may be another. For Lageman, an Amsterdam medallist, see Forrer, Biographical Dictionary of Medallists, vol iii, 1907, pp269-270. His recorded work runs from 1773 until 1815.
