The drawing was likely made during a restoration phase ca.1830-ca.1840.","physicalDescription":"This is an ink, pencil, and wash drawing on paper of the northern elevation of Marcham Church. The drawing includes the eastern vestry, made rectangular body, and western tower. The stone walls are detailed in grey ink and wash and blue watercolour is used on the windows. The roof is covered in a grey wash and the left side of the drawing, the door to the vestry is painted brown. Above the wooden door the text 'Restored 1834' is included in black. A man is included walking along the side of the church near the eastern end.
