It received government promotion in the 1870s and 1880s, making mostly torchon lace (a form of lace with simple geometric patterns, and a mesh ground) on the Saxon side, and tape lace like this flounce on the Bohemian.","physicalDescription":"Flounce; bobbin lace;  highly ornate intricate with  regularl pattern of naïve tree like motifs, coiled  roundels irregular shapes and v-shapes reminiscent of  Inca designs on a very fine ground with floral motifs,  coils & scrolls.
