A girl wearing a broad brimmed hat and a light coloured dress is sitting in the swing, while another girl in a similar dress with a sash is standing by her with her hands on the ropes to push the swing forward, and a boy in a skeleton suit is standing a few feet away with his hands outstretched, presumably to push her back again.
