At the time of the donation the chairs and pelmet boards covered with the textile still survived at the house.\r\nThe material is used on the chairs in the form of slip-over covers, tightened round the seat with hooks and eyes at the back and with straining flies underneath, hooked onto headless nails with an eyelet.
