It is  an excellent example of theatrical costume making, using typical furnishing fabrics of the 1970s. The maker is likely to have been Alice Maitland Rawlings, who worked at the costumiers, Bermans &amp; Nathans, in the 1960s and 1970s, and was a colleague and friend of Lazaridis.
