She stands on a lotus plinth supported on a tiered square base. She wears a lower garment and a breast band with a tall conical<i> makuta</i> headress with a knop finial. Her pose is a mirror image of the paired figure of Bhu Devi which would have stood on the other side of a central figure of Vishnu in a shrine which was probably used in ritual processions as the base is pierced.
