Hayward, 'The mannerist goldsmiths' in <i>The Connoisseur</i>, 149, 1962, p. 159, fig. 4 \r\n\r\nFormerly attributed to Giovanni da Udine, but clearly by the same hand as a drawing of two maces in the British Museum (no. 19579-11-1; Pouncey and Gere, no. 188).
