Inside the cup below the rim is a border of groups of hatched lines running diagonally in opposite senses; on the bottom, a flower with leaves; below the foot, a leaf mark within two concentric circles, all painted in underglaze blue.  The outside of the cup is completely covered with a 'cafe-au-lait' ground, over which are painted two sprays of leaves and flowers (one having a bird perched on it) in opaque white, green and maroon enamels.
