An elliptical shaped room four storeys in height. A series of shallow stairs surrounds a large open central space. Carved plinths with armour, crests, and flags line the ground floor. Golden fluted columns extend from the plinths to meet scrolling iron arches that line that line the curved ceiling. Open upper storeys reveal people walking and looking over iron railings. Large glass windows with curved tops make up the upper storey.
