The cloak, of light tan fabric lined with golden yellow silk, fastens at the draped neck with an oval clasp, the sleeveless coat beneath is belted at the waist with a blue and gold belt with attached blue-and-gold pockets.  It is worn with a matching brown hat, the brim faced with lilac and fastened with a chinstrap, and a parasol covered to match, with brown cover and gold lining and tassels.
