She is noted for her strong, abstract designs several of which received Council of Industrial Design Awards in the 1960s.  She taught textile design at Goldsmiths College from the early 1960s until 1994.\r\nHull Traders Ltd of Trawden, Colne, Lancashire, was founded in 1957 by Tristram Hull to produce short runs of screen-printed furnishing fabrics.
