These were issued in three editions between 1742 and 1750.  The designs of Meissonnier had previously been published in printed sets or <i>cahiers</i> by Chereau the publisher, and were advertised in the <i>Mercure</i> in March 1734. \r\n \r\nThis plate is one of four (series letter P), depicting designs for the decoration of a room for Count Bielinski, grand marshal of Poland.","historicalContext":"","briefDescription":"Plate; from a set (3) of designs for a room, designed by Juste Aurèle Meissonnier for the Count Bielinski (series letter P).
