The design was executed for a production of Walter Gore's ballet \"Carte Blanche\" performed by the Sadler's Wells Theatre Ballet at the Edinburgh Empire Theatre, September 10th 1953.  The music was composed by John Addison, and the cast included Johaar Mosaval, Annette Page, Peter Wright, Margaret Hill, Donald Britton, and Stanley Holden.
