Each light depicts part of the same parable. The first light depicts a labourer carrying a hoe and holding out a hand.  The central light depicts the vineyard owner who stands facing the labourer and holding a bag of money.  There is a vine and a tub filled with bunches of grapes in the background.  A grape-picker cuts a bunch of grapes form a vine in the right-hand light.
