In addition the portrait has been changed whilst the ornamental border remains the same. (See V&A inventory numbers 13860.5 and 13860.1).\r\n\r\nThe fourth state was published by Frederick de Wit and bears his name on the plate. As with the third state, the portrait has been changed whilst the ornamental border remains the same.
