The third row is the most intricate: it has small rectangles woven into the stripe.  These rectangles are made up of two colours: the top is cream and the bottom half of the rectangle is blue. Around the rectangle there is a blue background.  The top part of the background is a mid blue and the bottom a dark blue.  These colours merge together in the middle.
