Three sitting rooms and three sets of stairs are included behind the parlors and shop. This entire portion of rooms is painted in burnt yellow. Three kitchens, three yards, three sculleries, one ash pit, and one petty on each end are painted in blue behind the front yellow section. A five-foot wide passageway at a slight diagonal lines the back wall of the building. All walls are painted in a brick colour.
