Underneath there is a yellow and blue floral crepe dress with matching bonnet and knickers. This outfit is topped off a pair of pink stockings and tan coloured flet shoes.","physicalDescription":"The doll has a painted composition head with a flange neck. The head is stuffed with newspaper, and face has painted eyes, lips and teeth. The hair consists of a black material with rough, looped pile. The body and limbs are made from 'black-out' material.\n\nThe clothing is probably handmade by a child. There is a mottled grey loose weave coat with blue velvet belt, collar and cuffs. The coat has two buttons patterned with a dog, press stud fastening. The doll is also wearing a cream/yellow crepe dress, printed with large floral pattern in blue. This also has press stud fasteneings and comes with a matching bonnet and knickers. There is a white cotton broderie anglaise petticoat, and white knitted vest.
