The 'kilt' consists of three rows of overlapping graduated strips in the same pale blue grey and pale salmon pink the lowest row trimmed with yellow tassels.  On the head is a yellow gold crown with slate blue and salmon pink plumes and the costume is worn with calf-high yellow ochre boots.  Extensively annotated.
