Several other guests, including Aileen Guinness Plunket and Mme Walter Moirera-Salles, also appeared at the same party wearing the identical Givenchy dress, which the designer described as \"the dress of the season\". This reportedly also happened at another party hosted by the Baron de Rede, where the Duchess found herself and seven other guests all wearing either the same Givenchy horizontally-striped gown, or dressmaker-made copies, and is said to have organised all eight of them into a conga line to show their matching dresses to best advantage.\n\n- Daniel Milford-Cottam","historicalContext":"","briefDescription":"Hubert de Givenchy, Spring-Summer 1966.
