A rectangular moulded bronze plaque with rounded top. On the front, within a raised rib border, is a design of a seated Guanyin with a halo holding a spray of lotus in one hand. To her left is a bamboo, to her right the phoenix with the Buddhist rosary in its mouth. She is attended by two maidens, one of whom is holding the ambrosia flask, and all three sit and stand on lotus petals joined by scrolling tendrils, and ride on the waves.
