Round the rim, four clusters of lotus, prunus and peony. Round the sides, a border of lozenge diaper in pink, broken by four bracket panels of which two contain ruyi sceptres and vases, while the other two contain ting tripods and ch'in lutes. In the centre, a male xian [immortal] of dignified aspect greets a feng which descends from the clouds. With him are two lady xian carrying respectively, a ruyi sceptre and sheng.
