Her face and hands are left in a biscuit state without colouring except for outlining of the eyes in black. The figure rests on an oblong pedestal with panelled ornament in turquoise blue and purple along the front and the remaining three sides unglazed. From behind her back rises a fungus-shaped head-rest, the upper surface of which is marbled in red and white clay and covered with a yellow glaze.
