This design by Andree Howard was for Cinderella, danced by Pearl Argyle, in the ballroom scene of Howard's ballet Cinderella, produced by Ballet Rambert, 1935.\r\nThere are five designs for the same production in the Maude Lloyd Gift: S.635-2001 to S.639-2001.\n\nHistorical significance: An example of ballet design from the 1930s for the significant company, the Ballet Rambert.
