The design depicts a full length female figure with arms outstretched.  The figure wears a stylised costume representing a lily.  The costume consists of a green bodice; a short orange net over skirt shaped like flower petals; and an irregular wired green underskirt shaped like leaves.  The costume is completed with an elaborate head dress or hat representing a large orange lily flower and three black stamens.  Blue paint has been applied around the figure.
