It encloses a mirror of pale bronze cast, the front of silvered, and the back mostly gilt with a pattern in relief. Lined with purple silk.\r\n\r\nThe pattern consists of horizontal bands with views of famous pine-trees in Japan, and particulars as to their dimensions underneath each. The purse has two pockets.
