French with the assistance of the National Art Collections Fund, 1955.\r\nThe companion cover is now in the British Museum and depicts the first five incarnations of Vishnu. Together the covers formerly contained a manuscript relating to the incarnations of Vishnu of which the final page, dated Sakabda 1666 (A. D. 1733), is in the V&A.
