The production, which ran at the Lyttleton from 25 November 1994 (start of previews) until 5 April 1995, is described as 'Musical scenes from the writings of Daniil Kharms, devised by Theatre de Complicite from an adaptation by Jozef Houben, Simon McBurney and Mark Wheatley, with an original score composed by Gerard McBurney.  Directed by Simon McBurney; designed by Tim Hatley; lighting by Paule Constable; sound by Christopher Shutt.  The Company comprised Sophie Grimmer, Paul Hamilton, Jozef Houben, Kathryn Hunter, Toby Jones, Lore Lixenberg, Myra McFadyen, Marcello Magni, Charlotte Medcalf, Toby Sedgwick, Brian Shelley and Eric Woodall, with the musicians Mark Coldrick, Alex Maguire, Robert Price, Dave Richmond, Kevin Street, Ian Stuart, Christopher Tombling and David Ward.
