One side plain field, with border of large exuberant scrolling stems and flowerheads in brilliant pinky red, lime green, dark blue, yellow, orange and buff. The other side is divided into two equal rectangular compartments, roughly lozenge-shaped (but with two opposite ends squared off) each containing a symmetrical arrangement of flowerheads and leaves. The spandrels of the rectangles, and the borders which enclose and separate them are embroidered with stems and flowerheads in the same style.
