The arms are of Macdonald, accollée with (possibly) Forbes, 1. Argent a lion rampant gules; 2. Or a dexter arm in armour couped fesswise holding a crosslet fitched gules; 3. Or a galley her sails furled sable and oars in action, flagged gules; 4. Vert a salmon naient in fess; accollée with Argent three bears' heads couped; and above the crest of Macdonald, An arm in armour in fess holding a cross crosslett fitched gules 'Nec tempore nec fato'.
