Painted on one side with a shield of arms of Neale, Gules two bars gemel argent, on a chief of the second five trefoils azure, quartering Barry's (with tincture transposed), painted Gules three bars embattled on top gules. The coat has a crescent for difference, for a second son or his line. The crest should be a tower gules, out of the battlements a pelican rising wings displayed or vulning herself proper. A border of four-dots florets round the rim. Inside is a border of gilt stars on a blue enamel ground.
