The certificate, which is a certified copy of\n the original entry (No. 432 in Register Book of Births 249), has a\n registration number  D  001449 - 11.  The columns are filled out with\n details of the child and her parents: Annie Waggonheim was born on the\n 11th October 1901 at 26 Mason Street, Leeds, to Rachel Waggonheim (née\n Morris) and her husband Louis, who was a journeyman tailor; Louis\n registered the birth on October 26th 1901, and signed his mark.
