On the label above is inscribed: 'Magasin fuer Berliner Kunstgewerbe. H. Hirschwald Kgl. preussischer und Grossh. badischer Hoflieferant, Berlin, Unter den Linden 54-55'. The whole is surrounded by a frame (wood, covered with leather) of floral design with brass knobs. This panel has been reduced for exhibition and it measures now 1 ft. 8 3/4 in x 3ft 3/4 in. Panel unframed 30/12/1931. Discovering made that of these words 'Berlin, Unter den Linden 54-55' remain of the inscription. The remainder was probably cut off when the reduction was made.\n\nThe back of the leather panel is concealed (2025) by a thin sheet of plywood(?) over which has been pasted English newspaper.","artistMakerPerson":[],"artistMakerOrganisations":[{"name":{"text":"H.
