White with a bright blue stripe at either edge overlaid for half its length with a geometric pattern in silver-gilt thread wound on an orange core. The metal thread is also used to bind the warp at the end of the belt before it is twisted into a long tassel in blue and white.\r\n\r\nThe plain area of the band is sewn onto a thick cotton ribbing which forms the belt proper as opposed to the decorative over sash. Two leather strips covered in fine cotton are attached to one end of the webbing, and two small buckles to the other.
