The closure is diagonal from waist to hem, and the self-covered buttons and loops are masked by rosette bows. There are wide gigot sleeves with wrist bands which are stitched and fasten with snap-fasteners. The hem is padded and trimmed with bands of rouleau. Lined with pale blue silk. Plain band waist belt, lined with white silk and with a hook and eye fastening.
