The legs are very full, gathered into the 1⅛-inch (2.7 cm) waistband. The button stand on the left of centre front has 5 worked buttonholes. Only 1 button remains, a wooden core covered with dark beige silk. The front opening and button stand are bound with dark beige silk grosgrain ribbon. There is a pocket on each side, bound with dark beige silk grosgrain ribbon; the pocket bags are chamois. There are 4 metal hooks sewn to the waistband.\r\n\r\nThe lining has been removed.
