It consists of an oval hoop on a dark blue stand which fits into the rubber stand. Within the hoop; suspended by the ends of its arms; is a teddy bear figure moulded in white and red plastic to appear to be wearing dungarees. Eyes, nose and mouth are black. The bear when spun will softly rattle.
