A.48 to A48d show a man holding a basket and a flower; a tree in a wicker planter; a woman with long hair holding a rectangular object in both hands; a man playing a pipe; and a woman playing a lute. Inv. nos. A.48e and A.48f-1953 once formed the long sides of the casket and depict two hounds pursuing a boar through a wooded landscape.
