At hip level hanging from the large sapphire are strands of gold and blue jewels and the legs are covered in diaphaneous blue trousers. The character is richly adorned with jewellery and wears a headdress in the form of a gold and sapphire tiara, a gold and sapphire jewelled collar and bracelets of gold set with sapphires on the upper arms and left wrist.  The background is painted in bold stokes of dark browny-grey gouache.
