Capital letter N embossed on each knob.","bibliographicReferences":[],"production":"These types of needles were made by British glass manufacturers at places like Nailsea in Somerset, as a way of using up waste window and bottle glass at the end of the day's production. Although intended partly as novelty items, if made of a strong formula they could be used.
