It is made my the medallists Holy Frères, who were die-sinkers established 1893 at St. Imier in Switzerland. The brothers, Franz Holy (b. 1867) & Jules Holy (1872) were first watch-case manufacturers & diesinkers, and later went into medal making too. The firm had a good reputation for original work and exceptional taste in the decoration of watch-cases.
