Shields with arms of the Holy Roman Empire and of the canton of Unterwalden (per fess gules and argent); to the right of the shields a man in armour holding the banner of Unterwalden. He stands on a ground painted with plants and grass and against a background of blue brocade diaper. The whole is within an archway with foliated columns and flat scrolled arch twined about with a garland. In the left spandrel is a representation of Struthan von Winkebried killing the Dragon; in the right spandrel a double representation of Baumgarten approaching his house.
