He has had a close association with Pilchuck as both artist and instructor. His technique, based on his enthusiasm for Abstract Expressionism, is most unusual. His striking and colourful glass forms are assemblages of separately mould-blown, slumped, cracked and broken components sandblasted then painted in oils. Over the years he has exhibited widely throughout the USA - both group and solo shows. Several American museums hold examples of his work.","physicalDescription":"Glass form, tapering to foot beneath which is a roughly rectangular glass slab.
