On the rim are two amorini flying in the air, in circular medallions separated by garlands of fruit and foliage between two narrow bands of bead ornament. The underside is painted with pointed rays with small circles between them in blue outline on the rim, and a design of scrolled leafy stems in the centre in yellow.
